yes - give up coffee, cola, etc, also give up dairy products. Drink lots of water, and eat lots of raw fruit and vegetables.
Bags under the eyes are a symptom of inflammation, an adverse reaction to something you consume on a regular basis.
My husband has bags under his eyes constantly - except on his return from business trips to Japan - where he doesn't eat wheat or dairy.
It's a good idea to see a naturopath who can test you (non-invasively) for foods which you are sensitive to.
The upside of following the advice in my first paragraph is that you will also get a nice, mini-facelift.

Hey it sound crazy, but I use my razor while shaving and it exfoliates the surface skin and lightens noticabley the dark circles I get when I dont get enough rest. I also close my eyes tight and use my fingers to soapy gel all around the eyelids and especially in the corners where its closest to my bridge of my nose;

You need to take a good alergy medication like Allegra or OTC Claritin. You probably dont realize it but you have allergies, allergies cause you to have dark circles and inflamation (bags) under your eyes. I have had these symptoms for so long and I finally now 22 found it to be allergies! :) Hope this helps you.

steeped tea bags warm (not hot) or freeze some spoons and then rest them on your eyes. BUT there is a product that clinique makes that reduces bags and circles and it works really well.

2 ideas that both work,1) used tea bags -rewet at room temp to cool, 2) shredded raw potato especially the skin and outter part, it s a huge mess but works somehow so have a rag handy to wash it away

Wet tea bags (Chamomile for light skin and regular lipton for darker skin) with warm water and let them rest on your eyes (with eyes closed of course) for 15 minutes and poof they are gone. Works like a charm!!!

freeze a spoon and press the flat back of it on your eyes for a pair minutes. Or as loopy as this sounds placed a touch toothpaste less than your eyes over evening and wash it off interior the morning it is going to open your pores and cut back puffiness.
