alpine cda-7837 wont play cdr/cdrws any suggestions?

I had the same problem. I noticed if i used Blue tinted or gold tinted CDR/CDRWS they didn't work very well or at all.

Some silver and a few gold CDRs worked OK. My suggestion would be to try a few different brands and qualities of CDRs and then find one that works and copy your songs onto them.

it is a pain.....
