Then how can satan cause so much damage and destruction all over the world, all at the same time? And by the way, if satan is here on earth, walking among us ... why isn't god doing the same?

I think you're forgetting about Santa Claus.
According to the Bible, which is what you're speaking of, Yahweh has given Satan control over the Earth so that he may harvest souls for eternal damnation. Perhaps it is some divine wager over what god's originally perfect(although impossible) creation would choose with only faith to guide them.
The bottom line is that you can't find rationality in irrational things. Congratulations, you've realized it doesn't work. Welcome to the top 15th percentile.

God is the only omnipresent being. Satan has an army of fallen angels and demons causing havoc throughout the world. God is in us and not necessary for God to walk among us. However, God's angels guard over those who trust in God. God knows everything we do and say. God does not give Satan power to do whatever Satan wishes. Remember God created Satan and He limited Satan. There is a constant war between God's angels and Satan's angels. Satan is nothing but a fallen angel leading a bunch of fallen angels.

Satan is not alone. 1/3 of the angles followed him and are now called demons.
God is limiting what they can do, but God is using Satan to show us evil so that we know that God is good and to seek Him for our salvation.

According to the bible, Satan is here on Earth to take as many souls as he can. God is allowing that to test the "good people" and then he will destroy all evil from earth, only keeping the "good people"...

im agnostic...i believe in higher power...but i dont think anyone knows...they might believe..but they dont know!!! we wont know till we die...then, mayby!
