I've seen cream with coffee, cream with coconut, cream with chocolate, I just want plain cream.

In Germany we make a liqour with heavy cream, eggs and alcohol

EIERLIQUOR #3
(Egg Liquor)

6 whole eggs
500 grams sugar
500 milliliters heavy cream
500 milliliters 90% pure alcohol (from pharmacy)
you can substitute it with vodka but than you have the vodka flavor.

On high speed beat eggs until foamy and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat the cream until thick. Reduce to medium speed and add cream and alcohol. Fill into wide-neck
bottle, and let rest for a few weeks.

the closest one I can think of is irish cream--though that has coffee, chocolate, vanilla and almond (at least the way I make it does)...

Maybe just mix cream and vodka?

What about using condensed milk?
