what are the pro and cons of a penis pump? Do it make your penis bigger or longer? If so, for how long?

It's a gimmick, don't waste Ur $. A real con is if it got stuck on U & U had 2 go 2 the ER to have it removed. It might work when Ur pumping it but nothing is going 2 work miracles, short of surgery. Just like there is nothing that will make U grow. Save Ur cash & think about this.
