This guy is just someone I see around, i have never spoke to him. When he's around me and my best friend he won't look either one of us in the eyes. He's blushing and can't stay still the whole time but he will finally leave. so my best friend and I are wondering if he like one of us.

There could be a 99% chance he likes either one of you, or he is just really attracted to you. There is also a chance he likes something about you, that is why he is blushing at you, or he is just annoying you.
