my body twitches really bad when i'm falling asleep, its enough to wake me up and then I can fall back asleep

My body does this sometimes to, but I know I am not having a seizure! That is funny though. I just figure it's something my body needs to do and I will fall asleep when my body is ready to fall asleep. I don't think about it and worry about it either, I just let it happen.

It's withdrawl most likely, serious. If there is nicotine or cafine or any other chemical leaving you system it causes spastic visible muscle twitches. Try breathing extra deep for a few minnuts and having a little glass of water before bed.

Its because your starting to dream a little. Sometimes I jump when I dream of moving out of the way of something.
