Hi Jesse,
I'm not sure that being gay and being gender misidentified are the same issue. If you're male now, and are gay, it means you're attracted to men sexually. If you're gender misidentified, its that you feel you are a woman trapped in the wrong body. Are you certain that if you were a well adjusted, loved, respected gay man, that wouldn't be enough for you?
Its ok to be gay, Jesse. Why don't you try coming out, living as a gay youth for a while, and as a gay man for a while before you jump too rashly into gender reassignment....

If you want to change genders no Doctor will do that until you've had therapy to determine why you want this done. If after therapy you still feel the same way, then talk to your family about having the procedure. You might want to tell them a little at a time. Chances are they knew you were gay before you did. Give them a chance. If they get angry then forget them and move on. You might also want to wait until you're 18 to tell them so you have the option of leaving if things get ugly. Don't ever feel ashamed of who you are even if you think no one understands. It's not like you're the first person in history to feel this way.

:Why do you think you are gay
Are you interested in boys?
They are men that date and marry woman, and have sex changes and stay with their wife.
Being gay, means you like the same sex
Some people are born the wrong sex, and want to becomes the opposite sex. That is not being gay
I would talk to someone. A parent, aunt, uncle, close family Friend, an doctor about the difference.
I wish you the best

Hi!,
Clarkie said it perfectly.
There are many, many people who are in the same boat as you. Most parents will come around. Give them this site address:
http://www.pflag.org/
My brother was bi, sister is a lesbian, and I am also a mother. I have gay friends also. Everything will be OK!

I think that if u are comfortable with who you are and being gay then you should just tell your parents. They love you, you are their son and they will love u no matter what. Kudos to you for being so young and wanting to come out. Just remember that no matter what people think, as long as you are happy that is all that really matters

your age is helpful .there are gay culture agencies in cities that can sort these issues out for you if your parents aren't able to cope with it . Good Luck to you . nothing wrong with the way you feel at all. access search on your computer will help with this . or school ,church, guidance professionals will help you . just ask .
