lack of sleep can make you grumpy, it can make you think things are happening that are not happening, you will become paranoid get frustrated easily and loose you ability to focus on things. You need to sleep it is important to be able to live a healthy life. You can get very sick from loss of sleep, you will get headaches and end up in the hospital.

your body needs sleep to 'regenerate' and give all your main organs etc a time to relax a little..... also .... sleep depreviation is used as torture, so obv pretty bad effects

it does mine. I loose concentration, and small problems seem larger than they truly are, and I tend to be more grumpy
