It amazes me at how people don't seen to read questions on this board.
When animals get older they can get more finicky and sometimes more willful. Especially if something tramatic happened in her life recently. You also can't just let her do what she wants either. If she won't come into the shop willing then start washing her with a leash. That way, she won't have a choice.
Also keep in mind that dogs respond to how you are feeling. If you're in control and calm she'll come with little resistence. If you stand there and think, oh well she's not going to come, doubt yourself or her, or act in other negative ways then she's just going to stand there. And keep doing what's she's doing.
Don't allow her to call a change in the schedule. She knows what she's supposed to do, and perhaps she's feeling vunerable or believes you are. Don't be angry with her - just assertive. Don't yell - talk in a normal voice. Let her know who's boss. She should start doing what she's supposed to.

Is there some reason why you need to take her into the shop to shampoo her? I assume you have to bring her back to the garage to rinse off so why not just do everything in the garage?

You can give her a treat when she does something good-like coming in when you need her to. If she wont' come in, you need to be firm and make her come in-but only reward her if she does it on her own. The first couple of times, you can give her a treat after you bring her in so she knows she's being rewarded for her good behavior. Make sure you don't give her too many baths though, you can dry out her skin. Good luck!

Try using a toy to get her to come- use a special toy only during bath time- After a couple times when she sees the toy she'll know what it means and want to come.
