Army special forces. They teach you a foreign language and if you can carry a large amount of weight on your back, you are good. Plus you have options of 4 jobs, weapons, medic, commo, engineer.

If you aren't a good swimmer forget Spec Ops.

First, there are far more people who want to join the Spec Ops community than there are slots open. This means Spec Ops recruiters are looking for ways to DQ you, because they have many many more good candidates than they do open slots.
Pretty much any serious weakness can get you kicked out.
Yes some missions are more likely to involve swimming than others, but the Spec Ops community doesn't play "Oh, Fred can't go on this one, he's not a great swimmer."

Secondly, Spec Ops asks so much of you that you have to be good at everything. "Not my job" just doesn't cut it when you are 30 miles behind enemy lines on a two week combat patrol.

Most importantly, you are looking at this wrong. The way the Spec Ops people I have met would solve your problem would NOT be by accepting a limitation (not being a good swimmer) and trying to work around it. The Spec Ops community has taken the "positive can-do attitude" to an insane degree...(you sort of have to if you are going to be parachuted into Afghanistan and told "take over the country" with what you can carry).

The Spec Ops people I know would do whatever it took to make themselves a great swimmer so they could be the best and qualify; not and look for the service with the easiest qualifications. Spec Ops folks don't believe in limitations, they see everything as a challenge to be overcome.

If you want to do any spec ops work you are going to have to swim. The Army is obviously the least waterborne of any of the armed forces. Consider Rangers or Green Berets but their will still be some swimming involved.

Consider getting some swimming lessons if you can. Remember, most of what these guys do is mental and you can train your body to overcome its shortcomings.

You are going to have to be a swimmer to do spec/ops. Some spec/ops are sent to dive school (scuba and re-breather) Get some lessons especially if you want to be a SEAL or an EOD tech.

You should join the volley-ball team at the Y and save yourself the lessons.
