3 Days ago i went out with some friends at night, because i did this my wife locked me out of the house. The next morning i knocked the door to get back inn and she shouted from bedroom window ******* and threw my car key from bedroom window,after talking ait more she finally let me in. then i asked for my keys back which she was holding in her hands and she said no. so i grabbed her wrist and tried to prise out of hands but she pushed me away and phoned the police. i got arrested and charged with common assault, i have court this monday and after that have rights to get in the house but what if she will not let me inn,Where do i stand then. she has also told my sister if i do not give her some money i will not see my son.i am breaking apart in myself of the thought of not seeing my son.please can you help

Wat did u do that was so bad that she kicked u out was it justified if not go to the courts and see about getting some form of custody then u will see your son but u will have to pay child support money to her.
