Hi i recommend going to tesco to the occasion section they have loads of good stuff and they have a girls section to so everything that you need to put in the bags are already there for you. They are a very resonable price and look nice.
Falily that just get them all lucky bags for there age group which im sure they do in supermarkets, At the end of the day you will be nearly spending the same amount on bits to put in the bags.
Wish her a Happy Birthday !

Check out ebay, you can buy party bag fillers in bulk (packs of 10 etc). My son's party recently i bought 10 packs of coloured pencils, 10 small colouring books and 10 finger puppets for less than £4 including postage!
They have alsorts, certainly worth looking.

Most kids that age love stickers! For my daughter's 3rd bday, I did bags with stickers, some Pooh game/matching cards, coloring books and candy.
The dollar store is a great place to find coloring books and small toys/games.

Well, just the essentials, probably some No Doz, because auditions can last a long time, mascarra, lipstick, a copy of the script, etc.,

They love dressing up jewellery! heart bangles and sparkly pink necklaces. Forget rings - they're too big and they're too young.
The larger supermarkets and toyrus have good prices.

Balloons, kids love balloons and they are cheep and they will play with them for hours.
Asda and Tesco normally do some multi packs for kids aprties and work out quite reasonable.
The best thing is to enjoy it and not worry about minor things....ur daughter will only be three once!!
Hope You find what your looking for.
