How can I tell if is truely interested?

there is this guy and he has been nice to me for the past week, we laugh alot and things like that, I catch him staring at me but these past 2 days he different, unless it's just me...and I was just starting to like him!

well maybe he feels the same for you and he is scared, try to talk it out and try to comfort him, i mean its better than what i just went through with a girl i liked. And yes he is most likely interested
