Alright before I start I need to clear this up. I know that it involes other things besides martial arts....
But as for the martial arts part I think ninjitzu is probably one of the most deadly martial arts I have seen. What do you think?

Yes, I have seen real ninjitsu.. I have watched a guy who has been doing it 24 years stop a heart with one punch. I seen him also disable anothers arm.. Thats about the only two moves I have seen but they surely got my attention... All I can find is this fake stuff I can't seem to even find the guy who I saw.

I think it can be an effective Martial Art, just as any other one can be it's just had a lot of smoke and mirror mixed in with the david copperfield mumbo jumbo bs thrown around all these years.
Ninjitsu as a Martial Art is not taught as it was hundreds of years ago, because it has evolved with the times to fit the society we have today, the self defense and weapons training has remained, but the other aspects are not neede in these times so they've hit the back burner and basically faded out.
Too many people take for fact about what they've watched in a movie, a tv show (like the anime Naruto) or read in a book , when in reality, only a very small amount of truth is even used.
so yes it can be a very effective discipline, but opinions are going to vary from person to person.
but as for myself; I could really care less what anyone else thinks. If I wanted to study Ninjitsu, then that's what I'd do cause it's my business and not anyone else's regardless.
and I'll still give the discipline due respect, because the proof of how well the person trained will come out when it's time to knuckle up and throw down.

you have actually "seen" ninjitsu, real ninjitsu?
congratulations, do you have the holy grail stored away in your closet as well?
pictures of the easter bunny?
see ninjitsu is like these things, either it is totally bs like the easter bunny, or it doesn't exist as it did historically or it NEVER existed historically.
so when you say you have "seen" it I would really like to know the details of how you were able to build your time machine, travel to ancient japan, then not only find a real ninja doing a job, thus confirming not only thier existance, but that thier art was real and something different than just "spying and deception" techniques fuelled by innovative technology of the time.
as far as it bieng the most deadly?
I have a museum full of gadgets and weapons and tools that says otherwise, It is called the international spy museum in washington d.c.
they actually have a statue of a ninja in there too to attract the kiddies.
And if you will in fact go there you will find that intelligence is indeed one of if not the key factor to martial arts. before you say it, martial arts literally means "the arts of war". translated to mean the arts of Mars, mars bieng the god of war.
thus while the abilities of the "ninja" may be exaggerated, the fact that the importance of spies, intelligence and counter intelligence in war is in fact not.
any teacher claiming to teach ninjitsu today is either making it up and is a fraud, or is teaching you jujitsu or other techniques under the guise of ninjitsu, still an unscrupulous act.

Alright, if you're seriously interested in Ninjutsu I'll give you what I've got.
Now, just to give you a run through :
Unarmed skills :
Taijutsu = generalized term meaning 'true body skill', this is used in, and out of combat. This is a term used for all aspects of our combat movements (footwork, body angling, distancing, etc). The long and short of it is, this method teaches you how to use the body as a unified machine, in all aspects of moving.
Now, within this terms are sub-terms such as :
junan taiso (body conditioning)
taihenjutsu (body movement)
ukemi (receiving the ground safely)
kaiten (rolling)
tobi (leaping)
dakentaijutsu (striking methods)
koppojutsu (bone/structural attacks)
koshijutsu (muscle & nerve attacks)
jutaijutsu (grappling methods)
nage (throws)
hajutsu (escapes)
gyakuwaza (locks, breaks and controls)
shimewaza (chokes)
hojojutsu (tying up/binding)
Weapons :
Short edged : Katana, Daito, Shoto, Tanto, Nodachi (aka : Shinobigatana), and other variants of traditional sword design.
Handheld/Concealed :
Kusarifundo, Shuriken/Shaken, Jutte, Etta-Koppo, Teppan, Kunai, etc.
Polearm/Spear :
Naginata, Nagimaki / Yari, Kamayari, Bisen-to,
Shikomizue (multiple variants of this tool).
Projectile :
Yumi and Ya (bow and arrow), Metsubishi (blinding powder), Shuriken/Shaken fall into this catagory as well, etc.
Esoteric/Specialized weaponry :
Kusarigama, Ogama, Kyoketsu Shoge, Ono, Shuko/Sokko (Ashiko), etc, etc.
Staff/stave :
Rokushakubo, Bo, Jo, Hanbo.
These are traditional implements and unarmed skills of Ninpo Bujutsu.
In the Bujinkan, we have all of them...as well as a few other additions to the fold. We'll also focus on firearm usage, from both usage and tactical perspectives.
The Bujinkan DÅjÅ (æ¦ç¥é¤¨éå ´) system is a umbrella term for a system encompassing 6 Samurai ryu-ha, and 3 Ninjutsu ryu-ha.
18 Ninjutsu Skills (Ninja Juhakkei):
The eighteen disciplines were first stated in the scrolls of Togakure-ryÅ« æ¸é æµå¿æ³, and they became definitive for all Ninjutsu schools, providing a complete training of the warrior in various fighting arts and complementary disciplines.
However, Ninja Juhakkei was often studied along with Bugei Juhappan (the 18 Samurai fighting art skills). Though some of them are the same, the techniques of each discipline were used with different approaches by both Samurai and Ninja.
The 18 disciplines are:
Seishin-teki kyÅyÅ (spiritual refinement)
Taijutsu (unarmed combat)
Kenjutsu (sword fighting)
BÅjutsu (stick and staff fighting)
Shurikenjutsu (throwing blades)
SÅjutsu (spear fighting)
Naginatajutsu (naginata fighting)
Kusarigamajutsu (chain and sickle weapon)
Kayakujutsu (pyromania and explosives)
HensÅjutsu (disguise and animal morphing)
Shinobi-iri (stealth and entering methods)
Bajutsu (horsemanship)
Sui-ren (water training)
BÅryaku (military strategy)
ChÅhÅ (espionage)(spying)
Intonjutsu (escaping and concealment)
Tenmon (meteorology and astral projection)
Chi-mon (geography)
Nine ryūha lineages of Bujinkan BudŠTaijutsu:
Gyokko-ryÅ« Kosshijutsu (çèæµéª¨æè¡)
KotÅ-ryÅ« KoppÅjutsu (èåæµéª¨æ³è¡)
Shinden FudÅ-ryÅ« Dakentaijutsu (ç¥ä¼ä¸åæµææ³ä½è¡)
Takagi YÅshin-ryÅ« JÅ«taijutsu (é«æ¨æå¿æµæä½è¡)
Kuki Shinden-ryÅ« HappÅ Bikenjutsu (ä¹é¬¼ç¥ä¼æµå
«æ³ç§å£è¡)
Gikan-ryÅ« KoppÅjutsu (義éæµéª¨æ³è¡)
Togakure-ryÅ« NinpÅ (æ¸é æµå¿æ³)
Gyokushin-ryÅ« NinpÅ (çå¿æµå¿æ³)
Kumogakure-ryÅ« NinpÅ (é²é æµå¿æ³)
