Hmmmm, good question! I am accually thinking the same thing. Boys are different, do you think? But you have to find out wat they see in a girl. Here r three tips:
1. Become friends first
2. Try to flirt with him
3. Call him randomly and talk to him for HOURS!

flirt alittle with them. touch their arm, talk to them. make him feel comfortable with you first and show him what a wonderful person you are. however after saying that, if the guy isnt interested in ya then nothing you can do will get him to ask you out. maybe then the only thing to do is to ask him out instead. i hope it all works out for you.

umm well flirt with him a lot, make him feel good about himself. do something extra just for him. That should do the trick. But, if he has no interest in you right now or doesnt even know who you are i don't know how to help you. theres a lot of different things depending on the situation.

You cant get someone to ask you out. Thats a funny question. He will ask you out if he likes you and you cant make him like you.
