What are some major differences in confidence and arrogance?

Confidence is quiet assurance

Arrogance is loud and obtrusive

Confidence encourages others to their best efforts

Arrogance shows off and needs to be center stage

Confidence uses everyday fears to create heroes

Arrogance overrides common sense to the point of failure

Confidence allows others to take a leading role, without fear of
loss of self

Arrogance must be the center of attention at all times

Confidence teaches others, what we have learned over time

Arrogance allows only its' own story to be told, over and over

Confidence celebrates the successful efforts of the group.

Arrogance lives only for it's own selfish success.

A simple way of telling whether you are confident or arrogant: Do people like you? People are naturally drawn towards confident people and tend to dislike arrogant ones.

Arrogant people rub it around in people's faces and think that they're above everyone else. Confidence is believing in yourself. Somebody who is arrogant isn't truly confident, because they need the reassurance that they are great from everybody else.

Confidence is when someone believes in themselves but at the same time don't think that their better than the next person (down to earth). Arrogance is a person who thinks he/she are the best thing ever happen to man kind and think other people are beneath them.

Arrogance has it's nose stuck up in the air, is demeaning to those around it, and is cocky beyond belief in competition. Confidence is humble, sometimes quiet, but still treats everyone else as equals.

Confidence means you are sure of yourself and your abilities. In other you are certain you can accomplish the tasks you undertake. Arrogance, on the other hand, goes into thinking that you are the ONLY one who can accomplish the tasks.

Confidence is when you feel that you are able to master a task to the best of your ability, ARROGANCEis when you feel you can master a task better than ANYONE ELSE!!!!!
