Just recently i found out a guy has raped several of my friends, i need to know right away who to call about this?

Do you have any proof or evidence? Unfortunately, the rape term is thrown around loosely. If it is just heresay then you have nothing to go on.

uh, the police! you have to talk to your friends first and see if they're willing to alligate against him cus if not its like you'd be throwing around false accusations and that could get you in trouble.
