Well that is the risk you take when you cyber, maybe next time you should ask for a picture before you get involved. The good news is it was only writing on a screen, you did not actually touch each other and there is no concern of pregnancy or std's. If he keeps bothering you, but him on ignore or tell him you don't want to talk to him anymore, that you made a mistake. If you feel dirty about it, take a shower, otherwise, thiere isn't much you can do about it.

Commence to gouging because there's no turning back now.
Why do it in the first place? I have never seen the allure of cybering.
Maybe make an appointment with a shrink and get medicated - if you get good stuff and get totally blasted, you may get lucky and hit a memory rift and forget the whole thing. :)
