I understand how invisible pink unicorns and flying spaghetti monsters go to far, but what about more reasonable things?

What about the waterbabies, mermaids and the kraken?
Are they more reasonable?

Where are the lines. Do they have to be more human?

I am not sure what you mean by drawing the line. I can only speak for myself, but I believe there are many mysteries we do not yet understand. I believe the Bible is the infallible word of God, so I must compare what it says about such creatures. To be honest I do not know what the Bible might say about such things, if anyone can enlighten me please do.

It goes like this...

Angels and Demons exist. They are in a constant batlle over your soul. They can take the form of whatever they want, and science cant prove anything about them. Although it is possible for Angels and Demons to take the form of anything, nowhere in the Bible is there an instance of a Demon being a physical entity. Demons can inhabit animals or people, but are not themselves physical entities. Angels can appear before people, however this mostly happens in dreams and visions.

I've said this before, sho.

I don't have a relationship with the kraken, mermaids, etc.

Jesus saved me, not those intangible things.

Professing my faith "I believe in all that is seen and unseen" .

Why are pink unicorns and flying spaghetti monsters going to far? They sound very interesting to me (giggle) --- not worship worthy - but interesting none the less.

I'd say they draw the line with "one" tangible, invisible being. If there were more then one tangible, invisible being, there would be more than one God.

Oh wait, there is, if you count Jesus as the only son of God. .

The so-called LINE is God's Word.

It is written, have you read?

2Pe 1:16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

1Ti 4:7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

we set our eyes on what is unseen, for what is eternal, but what is seen will pass away. some of the most REAL things in life cannot be seen. wind, love, heat, cold, conscience... God.

just because youcannot see something does not mean its not there, it just means your blind to it.

all these things mentioned we cant directly see, but when we look more closly, we see their effects.
