I understand that being in the airforce I have a job to do. But I also like to train myself in martial arts and supplimental training. Would I have enough time in the morning and at night to do these things while servicing the force of air?

I say, if you joined the Army you could be doing training with martial arts. You should check with you command to see if the Air Force has a martial arts program. Thanks for serving, not everyone can step up and do what it takes for their country.

I work five days a week from 0730 to roughly 1630 (that's 4:30 pm). During that time I take a one hour lunch. Also, most units authorize you to work out at the gym for 1.5 hours twice a week (along with one squadron pt session per week). this means that for 1.5 hours you can go to the gym as a primary duty location.

Also, your time after 1630 is yours to do whatever you like, and as usual, your weekends are yours. Of course, this assumes that nothing is going significantly wrong with the base... if terrorists attack, i wouldn't expect much free time. Also, during tech school your hours will be less flexable, but you should still have time to get in an evening work out.

After basic and TEC School, when you get to your first duty station, you'll have plenty of time when your off to do 'stuff'. Most carrier fields work 8 to 4:30 M/F and even the ones that don't still give you plenty of time to do 'stuff'.

It depends on your rank.
RHIP (rank has its privileges)
If you're an airman recruit, you have less life than an amoeba. If you're a two-star, life is large.
