because she favors the same policy that Bush does and the policy he favors does little for the public private citizen he has already shown that the consitutition means nothing to him, and the ones that he favors mainly large corporations need cheap labor so he is willing as is his administration to overlook the illegals since Rice is a member of his cabinet then she repeats his policies
