I'm with you on healthy. I hate suggestions of chicken nuggets and hot dogs. Ugh. Here are some of the things I feed my daughter, now 15 months old:
- bananas
- baked sweet potatoes...they are firm enough that you can cut them up into pieces for your baby to pick up but still plenty soft enough for her to mash with her gums
- peas, fresh, frozen or canned
- canned carrots & green beans; look for kinds with not too much added salt (I used canned because they are soft)
- whole grain waffles, pancakes, and other soft whole-grain bread
- soft fresh fruits like mango, cantaloupe, and watermelon
- canned fruits like peaches, pears, and mandarin oranges
- scrambled eggs
- yogurt
- oatmeal
- Cheerios
- veggie burgers -- Gardenburger Original flavor is the best
- meatless meatballs (made from soy protein...nice and soft)
- slices of cheese torn into small bits
- quesadilla made with whole wheat tortillas, smashed black beans, and shredded cheese
- cottage cheese
- whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce
- vegetarian lasagne
- eggplant parmesan
- Bell & Evans makes chicken strips that are wonderful. Real meat, no hydrogenated oils, nothing artificial added, and they are soft enough for a toddler to eat.

Hope this helps!

Watch out for choking hazzards at that age! Cut things up small. Sometimes it just takes offering it a few times before they start to like it.

Some of my girls favorits:
Sweet potatoes. Avocado. Cheese. Cheerios. Tofu. Veggie Booty. Yogurt.

I'm in the same delima as you. I'm running out of ideas. I feel like i'm given my kids the same things over and over again. (12month old and 3 year old).
lunch ideas:
I feed my kids lots of lunch meats (ham, turkey...) crakers and cheese. noodles. BP & J sandwidges.yogart. hot dogs. eggs. french toast. Sometimes I use spreadable cheese (cheese wize or cream cheese) on crakers she loves it!!
Dinner ideas:
Pretty much anything I make for myself. But If I'm having one of those days that I just don't feel like cooking I open a can of veggie soup and heat that up. I let my oldest crush his own crakers in it and I drain it for my 12m/o.
Sometimes I feel that my daughter isn't getting enough so I still feed her the jared baby food so that I know she got something in her. And then she gets fed up and wants to feed herself. thats when I offer her fruits. She loves bananaa...
Good luck and I'll be definatly checking back in on this question to see what others have wrote to help myself. It's a good question cause sometimes you run out of ideas.

Give her the same thing you eat, start sharing your meals, if you don't think they are healthy enough for her, there probably not healthy enough for you. Feeding her a separate won't last long, it's too time consuming.

i usually make my daughter grilled chicken sandwiches with wheat bread and cheddar cheese. Apples and milk. If she wants chocolate milk, I giver her The Silk Soy milk. basically healthy for me is anything I make not buy at fast food places, and everything I make is on the stove or oven not the microwave.
