and he made me realise reasons we cant be together then so he promise me he will make it up to me which his doing now and am fallin in love him back but how am i going to tell the other one of 3years that i dont want him anymore i dont know what to do and i know the two of them loves me so much pls advice me thanks.

it is always a bad idea to go back. I have been there and done that and it doesn't work. You risk losing a very special relationship of 3 years for something which is more than likely not going to work out. You will end up very lonely and hurt someone very close to you in the process. Stay with what you have and accept that the old relationship is over and will never be. Friends at a push but certainly nothing more.

Just choose who you want to be with and tell the one you dont. You are going to hurt them both if you dont leave one of them. But remember what your ex was like when you went out, people dont change that much really. He might be all nice now but go back to his old ways later in the relationship.

There is a fabulous saying that fits this situation:
Never miss anyone from your past, there is a reason they arent in your future.
Your relationship with your ex-boyfriend ended for a reason, whether it be a good or bad one, your fault or his.
Obviously you shouldn't be with your current boyfriend because if he was meeting all your needs, you wouldnt have been susceptible to your old flame.
My verdict is: detach yourself from both situations and find YOURSELF first, before relying on any man to make you happy. Self-fulfillment has a way of making all situations clearer! Focus on your studies and yourself. There will be plenty of time later for worrying about relationships with guys who aren't right for you.

dont go back to your ex! its the worst thing you can do!
you cant just tell your bf of 3 years you dont want him anymore because you have seen your ex!!
your probs not falling back in love with him - your probably dreaming that you are , because he;s there and what you had was probably special. you get back with him you will realise he wasnt "all that" and you have just chucked 3 years with this guy away
you will regret it

distance yourself from both of them, spend time thinking about who u will really like to be with. then tell the person u don't want to be with how u feel and let that person go completely. examine the reasons why u left ur ex before. do u think both of u have changed? u have to decide what u want and stick to it though it may not be easy.

It is (sadly) plain that you do not really know what you want. You say you love your boyfriend of three years AND your ex. Could it be that you are in love with the concept of love.
