I know this is SUCH a stupid question.....but whenever I eat the rest of the day I feel so bad I havent had anything to eat all day so Im a little hungary but I could go with out eating for probaly a few more hours and once I eat I know I will want to eat more and more then I will feel bad what do I do?

Can't you judt eat three normal meals like a regular person? Have you heard about breakfast, lunch and dinner??

When you eat only on a very irregular basis or wait too long and then eat a big meal, you feel badly because it plays havoc with your blood sugar levels. Your glucose level is forced very low when you do not eat and that in itself can make you feel sick. Then, when you finally eat, the level quickly skyrockets and this again will cause you to feel sick.
How to solve this? Simple: Change your eating habits to eating a SMALL amount of healthy food or snack about every 4 hours while awake. For example, foods high in protein like cheese or meat or peanut butter are good snacks. Try it! Oh, and there is no such thing as a "stupid question"...only stupid "answers". It is ALWAYS OK to question anything in life that you do not understand.

thats because you are not eating break fast, lunch and supper
so once you start eating you body goes "mmm yes I love food I'm still hungry give me more"
start eating balanced meals and you should feel better in just days. limit you self down to just one snack a day and drink LOTS OF WATER. thats the big thing LOTS OF WATER. mainly at the begining

I'm not one who tries to interfere with other peoples whims..I always have cereal at breakfast time..this starts the metabolism going..helps to keep you slim to..don't pick or snack during the day..have one evening meal ..not large and that should suffice..if you are hungry during the day have a cup of tea..

EAT! start with something small and healthy. Try a granola bar or yogurt, or fruit. only fix one serving and go somewhere else to eat it so you don't over eat. Eating multiple smaller meals tends to work best for me, i think they sometimes call it "grazing." Good luck, and Good Eating!

don't feel bad about eating, this is what leads to eating disorders. enjoy life and enjoy food, because there are others who could only dream of a meal like the one you are debating on eating.

Call in sick to work. Grab a movie, some tea and some toast and head to bed. Take a long nap and go to work tomorrow.
