it's been a while since i painted and i have a canvas i want to paint over. i used to take Lyrical Abstract Expressionism but i don't think i want to be abstract anymore.
i definately will go abstract if i can, but i need a jolt. i've a rusty soul.

Paint from your experiences in life. I paint cricket, paralympics sports dogs, wild animals.
Thing I like or from life experiences. Sometimes I hear a story and paint from it.

suggestion: look through your favorite magazines and as you turn the pages, see what images jump out at you. you may surprise yourself with an out of your box composition. good luck.
