I have a 19 month toddler who I love to spend time with. I'm in the search for a good mommy and baby/toddler play clubs in the LA area that we may be able to attend.

Check out your local Boys and Girls Club. I heard that the one in my area has a playgroup for toddlers and as soon as my car is fixed I am going to look into it.

Depends where you are! I have a little list that I put together from when my twins were toddlers.

We loved Storytime at the Library. Gymboree was a little anoying but sometimes a padded room is just what you need! The City of Santa Monica sponsors some parent and me classes, and your city/parks may too. And I love the Fundamentals of Music and Movement. http://www.fundamentalscenter.com/ .

Go City Kids shows you indoor activities, outdoor festivals, parks, parades, etc. I have always had very good luck with this site.

My kids and I love Gymboree Play & Music, too! I've met sweet mommies there and my kids have made some good friends, too. Here are some locations in the LA area: http://www.gymboree.com:2000/cgi-bin/mqinterconnect

This is such a fun age, have a great time with your baby!!
