On one of my W-4s( Individual), I claimed Single- 2..............gross wages salary and tips were $2371.82. What amount should have been deducted from that money for Federal Tax Witheld on my W-2?

I worked for apx 10 weeks and recieved
pay weekly in diffrent amounts, apx. $200.00 per week depending on how many hours I put in . The Agency I worked for "Can not find " my pay stubs... (Pay was auto -deposited in my account!) I only have 1 Stub stating Federal Deduction $9.00 which is the figure on my on my W-2. Do you suggest I go with that figure instead of a big hassel? Is that a "benefit or loss" to me? Thanx!

No way to tell. If that were for one week's wages, it would be substantial. If it was for wages spread out evenly over the entire year, little if any would have been withheld.

You can't tell without knowing exactly how much every week was.
