it is a felony in my state to abuse or torture a animal,and it is punishable by jail time.their is a case on the knoxville docket of a woman dragging her little dog chained up to the back of her car,and dragging him for 2 miles,he survived with some pretty bad injuries and i am glad to say that he went to a new home.she went to jail and is awaiting trial.i say off with her head,i hope they really nail her good for that one.
