Just act surprised. Most surprise parties are found out about anyway due to someone saying something to you.

Just let her try anyway and do not spoil all of her hard work. I would not fake being surprised but just show your appreciation even though you know. I would tell her that you knew about it afterward and then say it was still a perfect party.
