Well, the equivalent would be something like: "cares" and "cimples".
Why some people ask about Spanish words or sentences with a terribly hideous grammar ? Read a book !

Caricias, in plural will translate as cares, basically a loving petting, but slowly with much cares, and slowly with love as well than sensuality, clean touch. you do to a lover and or a love one, much more popular from a mother to her baby, some what not exactly a sexual form of touch a/o touching but clearly sensual. sensilles, also plural for sensilla, it refers to a delicate, and soft lady, a woman way of dressing, not informal and not exuberant, somehow, natural as well, than elegant, not calling for attracting or attention by any means. and by no means cheep but, at a natural level of been her self beautiful without been exuberant. Sensilles apply also to man, dress code, simple attires. more Conservative than liberal or radical. elegant? perhaps, but never overwhelminglyyyyyyyy......, noicy?....., Clean cut,
