i have a light on and dont have the owners manual. so i dont have any idea what it means

it is rectangle with things comming off of 3 sides

Sounds like the check engine light. Go to autozone or a major car parts store or to the dealership if its still under warrenty and have them check what code its throwing.

Red lights are usually performance related. "IMPORTANT"
Amber (yellow) secondary or caution.
Depending on the year- model- equipment:
A.B.S.= Anti Lock Brakes
R.W.A.L.B.= Rear Wheel Anti lock Brake
S.R.S.= Supplemental Restraint System
TRAC= Traction Control
Power Limited= Computer or Emission problem
There are also fluid level lights
What you can do is ORDER an owner's manual from a Dodge dealership. >OR< you could call salvage yards (junk yard) to see if they have a manual.
