I really use my ceramic flat iron at least once or twice a week,. I have notice my hair is very dry and breaks quite a bit..Plz help

Try buying a hair mask and using it atleast once a week. They are inexpensive and really add moisture to your dry locks. Pantene makes a really good one that is $5 a tub. My hair is really dry and I think that using a mask helps a lot.

I use Redken 02 shine spray. It gives my hair the shine( not greasy look), it protects it from the iron and it leaves your hair very soft with added vitamins all day.

get a trim use leave in conditioners like ganier fructis those work well for my hair and smell really good!...also try using a heat spray to protect your hair if you have to straighten it...also you can try putting mayonaise in your hair i've never tried it but i heard it works to make your hair more healthier and shinier

Get a good trim, and try not to iron so much..
Also try K-pak conditioner by joico. It smells great and is a great reconstructor..

insufusiuom leave in treatmeant at the drug store. dont do that to your hair so often also.
