The shy guy in work i cant tell if hes just friendly or he likes me . He seems more comfortable and more flirty with the loud types yet with me he seems shy/nervous/awkward but i dont know if its caus im quiet also. He has always been overhelpful with work stuff ie oh if you need any help finding refs ill help you or offering to get me files, sharing family stories,rememring things i told him, showing an interest yet when we go on work dos or in work in general it me talking to him and not the other way. But lately i havent bothered with him as much so when i do talk to him he stalls the convo to keep me talking so i dont know what ot make of the situation. I feel an attraction from him but dont know if its just in my head as im inexperienced. But if hes interested why doesnt he go out of his way on workdos. He is inexperienced also with girls

This is going to require some effort on your part. I'm thinking he likes you but talking with you is awkward. If you like the guy, don't give up. Conversation will come more natural to him in time. He just might be worth the wait. Invite him for a drink; it may be the catalyst he needs to get things rolling.

He very much sounds like he likes you...
guys brains find it very hard to know how to impress a girl.
girls are so fussy as they have all these offers and hyper sensitive and if he does anything wrong you will have him sacked for being some kind of eveil pouncing perverted sexaul Harraser and take away all his friends and never want to be mates again if he does anything slightly wrong.
Also his mind goes blank and he does not know what to do with you.
The more shy and awkard and quiet a guy is and more starey the more he usually likes you even of confidennt elsewhere.
he needs you to ask him out and get tickly and touchy with hims so He can feel itssafe andf you wont go mental if you find he likes you

Difficult one. I'm a bit shy too but I normally talk rubbish to hide the fact. I think it's a take time and see where it goes. Although you may wait a long time and maybe making the first move to test the water is a possibility. Not an easy one I'm afraid.

It sounds to me like he likes you but is uncomfortable showing it or is not sure if you feel the same way about him. Ask him out for drinks or something after work and just chat with him, let him get to know you and you can get to know him better. See where it goes from there, if it feels right and you like him, make a steady date after work one or two days a week to just talk. Good luck, I hope it works out the way you want.

Guys can be like us, not like to get rejected. So he might be waiting for you to do all the work and start this relationship. He might be thinking the same as you are and you two are going to go round in a circle and never get what you want. Ask him out for a drink after work and see what happens.

i think he really likes you and in front of everyone else he plays the am the daddy just for show you say your the quiet type also well the next time your on a work-do you play the daddy ok but not with him let him come to you he will get it sooner or later and when he comes to you be yourself and then go back to being the daddy i think this could be love good luck.

Maybe he just likes you as a friend and can sense that you liek him and it makes him act a bit aloof with you, i think if he really did like you he'd just do somthing about it especially on work dos, that is what they're for afterall i think you should just leave it or else risk making a fool out of yourself in front of someone you work with that you have to see every single day!!
