Squats, various toning exercises for your hips, thighs and butt, implants...or pray for better genes.

Eating a lot or eating fatty foods will not do it for you. Chances are you have the ruler shape if your butt is that small, which results in the apple shape when you gain weight...it's the unhealthy shape which can lead to Heart Disease.

You can try different pants. Pants with patterns or thicker materials are your friend. So are pants with cargo or flap pockets on the butt and pockets with embroidery. Never wear jeans with stretch as these are made for people with curves so the fabric has ease for the curves. Only wear non-stretch jeans. Victoria's Secret has VS Uplift pants. If you have the money to spend on them, they might work for you.

the only way to make your butt bigger is to get a butt implant.
If your not looking for such a drastic measure just do 50-100 squat reps and that will firm and tone your butt up and that in turn will make your butt appear to be larger.
