A new girl starting workin out here on the ranch and I really like her. She is so sweet and so open to anything its amazing, I have never met anyone like her. I asked her out to dinner, she said yes, we went and I don't kiss on the first date because thats how most girls are and I'd rather not do it at all then get slapped and dumped because I tried. But anyway, we are going out again and I really just want to kiss her and hold her and tell her how I feel. I've known her for a month now and she is amazing. I have been in a really long relationship for a while and kinda lost my touch so I don't really know IF I should make the move. Ladies please help me out, don't make fun of me, I don't feel like hearing it, I just want a relationship and I don't want to mess this one up.

Good man! I don't kiss girls on the first date either. It assumes too much anyway. But if you feel she really likes you, then by all means, give her a short but meaningful kiss on the second date - just enough to let her know you are definitely interested but not too serious to where you would turn her off - it will give her something to look forward to on the next date. And a word of advice: If you want the girl to stick around, let her set the tone for the kisses on near future dates - girls typically don't like it if you get too carried away with the kiss or make it sloppy. You'll eventually learn what she likes or doesn't.
As far as telling her how you feel, don't get too carried away there either. Definitely compliment her and let her know you're interested, but don't try to be Romeo with deep proclamations of love - Remember, you just met her, and its only the second date. You have plenty of time to let her know how you feel as the relationship progresses.

Well, first the mood definently has to be right. You shouldn't just make a move to get a little action. If you feel that the evening has gone well then wait for that mutual air that tells you to go for it. And if all else fails there is a fool proof way to know if your all clear. Just ask. I know it might sound corny but if you want to be a gentleman and still kiss her, ask. If she had as great an evening as you did then you will both go home blushing. Plus this will let her know that your being sincere and a good host. But don't let this be your last resort, have a nice night and you shouldn't have to ask. Good luck!

Definitely make a move, it sounds like this girl is special to you. Don't overdo it though, i would feel out how the next date goes, if there is a good vibe at the end then try to kiss her goodnight. I wouldnt go all out and tell her your feelings about her and how youve felt for the past month just yet, you don't want to scare her off. But go for the kiss! definitely respect her and her boundaries, but be flirtatious a bit, I mean you have some time since you are both out on the ranch....
don't think about kissing her too much, duhhhhhhhh, like you're going to take that advice...ha ha, but just be yourself and let it happen if it happens...
