I have a 2005 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer. The fuel injectors keep getting stuck open and its costing me a fortune to keep getting the vehicle fixed! Is anyone else having the same or similiar problems with their 2005 Ford?

ford started using different injectors in 04. there have been quite a few problems with these injectors. they have redesigned them recently. they are pretty easy to change. the best bet would be to just update to the redesigned injectors.

If it is an 05 it should still be under warranty.

I had an 03 ad never had an issue with it at all.

Try running 2 or 3 bottles of fuel injector cleaner through it and also change your fuel filter.

On my 03 Expedition (same radio though,) the aux input was on the back of the radio, meaning you have to pull it out to see it. I never bothered so I don't know what kind of input it would be (RCA or something Ford specific, like for the DVD player option,) But I can tell you that you can't plug the iPod directly in (with the USB.) Ford hadn't started putting USB into their vehicles yet.

I have heard of some 2005 trucks with injectors sticking, warranty is usually 3 years/ 36,000 miles.

Take it back to the dealer where you bought it. It is not that old. They should be able to help you. Did you purchase the warranty? Regardless they should have an idea of what the problem is.
