Someday's i love him and want to be all over him, and other days I just can't be around him.
Why's this?

PS: We've been dating for 3 months and last weekend I told him I loved him (because I do) but I still feel on and off about our relationship sometimes.

The reason why you feel this way is because you are unsure if you even want this relationship. Could be fear of commitment. Could be you're really not THAT interested in him, but he's ok just to have someone on a regular basis. Could be that you're holding onto him until you find someone "better", like an ace card. It could be a number of things.
The REAL question should be posed to yourself - if YOU are interested in continuing a relationship. If so, you have to be honest with yourself and honest with him by being fair to him with your attention.

might be because you dont know what you r seeking in your partner? most problems solves if you both ve right conversation... n you are sharing your feelings with each other without hesitation...
some point you also can check?
are you giving enough space to each other?
are looking for some qualities in him n he just cant fulfill that...?
do you feel insecure abt your relationships?
you are loving him for what? is there any specific reason?
do you want he should be like thi or that?? or do somthing for you..
do you sometimes think he dont love you as much yu love him ?
this all can solved by proper conversation...

Find out what turns u on about him & encourage it.
On the other hand if there is something u cannot Stand "let me know".
We all have likes and dislikes about each other, dont u want to know what he likes about u so u can Continue and what he doesn't so u can change it.
That's what makes a Great relationship!

(a) You are human. (b) You are female. How much more explanation do you need? People have moods. No one is pleasant company all the time unless they are so bland they are more like invisible company. Females especially, due to hormonal rhythms, have moods. Accept it, and try to mitigate the damages.

Are other factors involved? It could simply be daily stresses and you just don't want to be bothered with anything...Write down when you are all over him and then when you're not, write down what's different. Compare!
