Absolutely. He said He would be with us until the end of the age, and that's all the comfort and stability that anyone could ever need.

I was wondering what that smell was. Maybe he should think about changing, or at least his underwear.

You sound like you are his campaign manager for this popularity contest. Well, I think that I am going to support anyone else, because Jesus' followers all piss me off. They are obnoxious, rude, and have no respect for anyone else, which would be an indication in the candidate in this popularity contest.

Ladybug: Just waiting for this "glory" and "power" to happen. Will there be fireworks and corndogs too? That is how ridiculous it sounds.

Umm, Do you really believe that? I assume you are Christian?

Did not Christ grow line upon line evens as we are comanded to do so? Did he not come to earth from spirit and take on a body? Did he not die, lay down his body and take it up again? Did he not indicate that when he showed himself to Mary and others that his body was not yet perfected and he had not yet asended to his Father at which time it would be? Do you not believe in progession and that we were made in Gods image with the purpose of furthering our progression even as he progressed?

Do you believe that we are some experment that the way given to us is just out of fancy of the way God wanted it to be? No.
Christ is our elder brother. He grew and changes and serves as an example of what we are charged to become like. How could a Christian with any knowlege of the scripture belive that christ did not and does not change as he progresses to be like his Father?

Yes, he has achieved a much greater level of enlightenment than us and as such holds more, and maybe, at this point, all truth. But to assume that our example never changes is to assume that we never change. That is not the Christ I believe in.

Truth never changes. I will give you that. Maybe that is all you ment as Jesus is oft refered to as the truth and light. But Jesus is a personage, now of perfected flesh and bone combined and never to be separated from his spirit again. But he did and does change. To suggest otherwise is to sugest that free agency and progression is not God's will and an eternal truth. It is!

Actually Jesus did change from a prophet to the son of god in 325 a.d. at the Council of Nicea.

If you've read any of the lost books of the bible, you'll see that the way that Jesus' image changes is remarkable. You should check up on that.

He changes with every twit with an attitude and a quill pen that gets their hands on the bible. If you could read the original king james bible, and I have seen it, you would never recognize it as anything you have read today. As well as the Gutenburg bible and on and on and on. Get a clue.
