Poor thing =( I have a prescription, but taking a vitamin like Lysine every day helps prevent them in the future. Abreva works all right, considering it is expensive it is very soothing. Hope you feel better.

I've used pure rubbing alcohol, just use a q-tip and dab it in rubbing alcohol and rub it on your fever blister, it dries it out instantly!!!

old age setting in...cant remember the name but there's some topical stuff for such things. in the doc's office I used to recommend icing it. peace

get something for herpes, it will go away faster, and don't kiss anyone while your broke out with cold sores (herpes) it is contagious!
