I went out with this man several times and we really hit it off. He seemed very interested in us dating becuse he kept calling me wanting me to go out and he kept saying how he didn't want to date other people. He calls me at work yesterday and ask me to come over after college class last night to see him he lives 45 minutes away from me but I said I would. I drove all the way out there and called him when I was almost there but he didn't answer. he calls me back to tell me he was almost there but he was having a bad day becuse he ran into his ex girlfriend at the gym the one he claims was so awful. He gets to his house and tells me he wanted to see me but then the situation was weird I told him to just tell me he wanted to work things out with her he said he didn't but then she called and he didn't answer and his answering machine came on and she asked if he had decided yet. I left and he follwed me said he was sorry. Guys what is the deal?Do you ever get over your ex?

The thing about guys isn't so much that they don't get over their ex, I just think they have a hard time closing doors. Guys like to be in a place of comfort more so than be happy it seems. They'll stay with a girl that they're not happy with but they feel safe, comfortable and secure with her. I don't know. I've noticed that if a woman chooses to keep them in their life, unless she was the worse person in the world, they'll stick around.

I figured this out the hard way...what probably happened is that he was still with her. I know it sounds crazy, just read. He was with her, she found out about you and gave him an ultimatum. He obviously still has something going on with her because if not, he would ignore her altogether. He would have left the whole "gym" situation if it was that bad. He wants one thing honey. It's hard to hear, but if you can't figure that out then no one can convince you otherwise. You obviously have doubts in your heart or you wouldn't be asking.

If I started to talk to an other girl and been going on dates and hanging out with you.I would told my ex-girlfriend Im sorry I am seeing someone and yo had the chance but you blew it.Yes,I do get over my ex's.
