That depends on what you mean by "most fatal".
If you mean which cancer is most incurable, and kills more percentage of people whom it affects, then pancreatic would be the one. But it is relatively rare and doesn't affect that many people overall. If you mean which cancer kills the most people, then you'd have to go with some of the more common cancers. Lung cancer probably kills more people overall than any of the others.

Pancreatic cancer. It has the lowest survival rate (2-3% 5-year survival rate) and survival time (typically 6 months or less from diagnosis).
Treatment options are very poor usually Gemzar/Gemacitbine chemotherapy. Surgery is not an option for most patients. Even with those who have surgery, the survival rate is poor.

According the report from Canada(ontarion);Five year survival rate;pancreas 9%,esophagus 15%,lung 16%,liver 17%,stomach 24%,brain 30%.Pancreas ca is most fatal.

pancreatic cancer is the most fatal. My uncle died from it and they caught it in time.

I'd have to say brain cancer. Or any cancer that spreads to the lymph nodes.

maybe pancreatic cancer. Even if it's caught early, I don't think there's a treatment for it.
