All the offers selling prescription medicine on the web without seeing a doctor..is it legal to buy stuff from them?

Take care while doing this. Many of these companies are not regulated or are overseas and out of the jurisdiction of United States law. Sometimes you do not even get the right medicine, you might not get your medicines at all and other kinds of messes that come with this.

It depends on what type of drug and where it is coming from.If it comes from canada it is more likely to be real and work.Now if you are ytalking about getting drugs from india or over seas it is not legal what so ever.They will take your drugs and you will lose your money fast.I know cause cmy brother inlaw got busted for getting percocet from india.Now if you are talking aboutr diet pills or anythinmg of that nature don't waste your time the y do not work .You have to watch cause they don't tell you what you are hgetting and most of the time like for diet pills pure caffeine pills.Please don't ever buy from over seas.

In many cases yes its legal.. they do whats called an online consultation with a MD.. which is legal.. there arent any laws overall that say a patient actually physically has to see a Dr.
