looking for a program to monitor a website and let me know when a change is made?

Does anyone know of such a program?

I mean any change at all. Perhaps the program monitors the sourcecode maybe every 6 hours or so and reports back to me with any changes.

Is it RSS enable? ((Really Simple Syndication) A format for notifying new content at a website). If it is, it can be done easily.
