You and your significant others relationship has been on the rocks for a couple weeks (because of something you did). All of a sudden he/she is spending all of their time at school (junior college). We’re talking 12 hour days during the week up until 8:00pm and even going up there on Sundays. You question them about all the time they are spending at the school and they tell you it’s because they have a lot of work to do. They go on to say they have so much work, you may not get to see them for another week.

You talk them into coming over this coming up Friday. They tell you it will have to be after 8:30pm b/c they will be at the learning lab getting help with their Chemistry homework. You happen to know that the learning lab closes at 1pm on Friday, so there is no way that’s where they will really be.

My question is this; do you wait until Friday night when they show up after pretending to be someone they weren’t to confront them about it, or do you confront them right away?

the longer you wait to confront this person, the madder you will be which will cause even more issues. when you confront someone and you are mad, you tend to say things you don't mean. sit this person down today and talk it out. they may have some stuff on their mind and want to talk but don't know how. you need to be honest with each other. work it but dont wait til its too late. good luck
