Write down how you feel about her on a piece of paper, put the paper in a water balloon...and toss it at her.

well you could just start talking to her during class, in the hall, after school, on the phone.
You know
And then don't say something like "you wanna go out" ask something more like "Hey, if you weren't doing anything this weekend you wanna go see a movie"
You could also get some friends to go with you like a double-date.

you want her to ask you out? why dont you ask her out.Is there something you both like to do...even meet for a walk or meet at a mall for a pop or something light ..Give her the option of meeting on familiar ground at first.For goodness sakes..dont do it at school or someone will hear and it will be all over.Youre not shy are you?

Maybe you should ask her out. She may have been taught to let the boy ask the girl. That would seem more appropriate to me.
