I've had to put the old crappy tape player back into my pug 206 as I'm selling it and putting the new stereo into my new car. When putting the stereo back in its asked for a code but I've never had this. Is there a way of getting it without paying for it and can anyone help, thanks.

if the code was never changed from factory setting it still should still be the same, look in the manual or ask the dealer. i know with GM its '0000'

The newer 206 does not need a code,its done on the car vin number.Give the age and make and type of system, eg cassette or cd player for a better answer,Hope this helps

just ring peugeot and gave them the reg of car they will you the code
