how do you change your picture/avatar for this? sorry, i'm new!?

I'm probably being really stupid but i dont know how to change it!

Your not being stupid. Go to "home" or anywhere else it shows your name highlighted by the blank pic, and click on your name. Then it will have an option to edit profile, click that. Right now the Yahoo 360 pics aren't working, no one knows why, but you will see an option to create/ use an avatar. Good luck.

You click on your profile picture and then click on "Edit my info" and you should find what you need there!
