it all depends on the person, when I WAS dating I dated only one person @ a time, but I think that if a person
wants to date more than one person @ a time it's ok
as long as the people that he/she is dating knows
about it ( or else truoble can happen , like being out on a date & one of the other people you are dating sees you)

If the 3 women all know it's not a monogamous relationship, there's nothing wrong with playing the field.
It's only a problem if one partner in a couple is expecting monogamy and the other isn't.
