A) absolute fact. Do not be taken in by those who say things like The Story of Jonah or of Adam and Eve are just nice stories intended to make a spiritual point. The Bible's significance would not have lasted if it was just a story book. It is God's message and self-revelation to us that offers us the way of salvation.

it's a book, it's as factual as Alice in Wonderland in that it is possible to conceive of a universe where some of the things that are contained within it's pages are plausible but we know that a lot of what is contained therein are lunacy.
